CONDITIONS FOR PRICE MATCH

We want to be your preferred supplier of Recovery Products. This is why we offer a price guarantee on ALL items in our entire range! If you can buy a product with the same specifications as ours cheaper elsewhere, we match the price of this product. To ensure a fair comparison when the price guarantee is to be used, these simple requirements must be met before a price guarantee can apply:

• It must be an online shop located in a country that is located in the European Union.
• The item must be in stock and for delivery within 1-4 days.
• The item must be exactly the same; manufacturer, color, etc.
• The documentation must be in the form of a link to the item.
• The price must be for 1 pc. of the item (ie not 2 for X EUR).
• The price guarantee applies to goods that are actually available, and thus not, for queue offers, bundle offers and / or for offers with a limited number / time.
• The price guarantee does not apply to offers that require membership such as a purchasing association or any form of payment to access the offer.
• The price guarantee only covers goods that are covered by the same VAT rules, customs, guarantee and consumer protection.
• The price guarantee does not apply to special products such as gift cards and return labels.

To make use of the price guarantee, you should preferably report the price difference before you place your order. Order only when you have received an approval from us per. mail. Should you unexpectedly find an item at another online shop that is cheaper than with us, we will match the price for you. Once we have verified that the shop complies with our conditions, you will receive discount code.

Price guarantee inquiries are processed in 1-3 business days.

If you have already received your item, and it is within 14 days of the delivery, you can make use of the price guarantee on ordered items, by contacting us (REMEMBER TO WRITE YOUR ORDER NUMBER).
