Optima Sport Recovery Boots Basic Z4 Desktop model - Complete Set
Optima Sport Recovery Boots Basic K4 is our basic model and includes a control unit and a set of legs with 4 overlapping zones that can be switched on and off. You can choose the leg size that suits you best. The package also includes a carry bag, so you can easily bring your recovery boots with you everywhere.
The 4 zones makes this model good for drainage. You will find 1 zone located around the foot, 1 zone around the lower leg, 2 zones around the upper leg.
All 4 zones are adjustable, which means that you can freely switch each zone on and off, which is of great benefit if you suffer from an injury that needs rest. If, for example, you have an injury in your foot and do not want to get a massage here, you can simply switch off this zone.
It's easy
We know how busy everyday life is for many people, and that stretching, foam rolling and other recovery methods are often given a lower priority when you would rather just relax in front of the TV. So forget about painful foam rolling and let our Recovery Boots do the work for you. They do it all on autopilot, making no more noise than your oven (We tested it and the Recovery Boots measured 37.4 dB compared to 40.9 dB for a regular oven.) So you can easily watch TV with your Recovery Boots without having to turn the volume high.
The recovery boots
Our recovery boots start at your toes and end below your groin. Boots are good for massaging and draining fluid and waste materials from your legs. We recommend boots, if you want massage or drainage of your legs and are not interested in getting your glutes and hips treated.
On the Basic Z4, the zones are distributed as follows:
- 1 zone for the foot.
- 1 zones for the lower leg.
- 2 zones for the upper leg.
Carry bag
With your Optima Sport Recovery Boots Basic Z4, you get a nice and functional carry bag. The bag is easy to use and the trousers are easy to fit into the bag. The transport bag makes it possible to take Recovery Boots on the go without the risk of damaging them.
Digital controller
The digital display on the machine gives you accurate and convenient control. It’s easy to select the program you want, as well as the intensity and duration of treatment and how long you want your treatment to last. Finally, you can switch zones on and off in the boot.
Once you have started the machine, you will be able to keep track of how much time is left in your program.
Optiflow
4 overlapping zones ensure optimal recovery, as there are no “dead spots” that are not treated. With Basic Z4, you get 1 zone for your feet, 1 zones for the lower leg, and 2 zones for the upper leg.
6 programs
With these recovery boots, you have the opportunity to make use of 6 different modes, each of which gives you a unique treatment. Three of these are intended for different types of massage, while two help with lymphatic drainage. The last mode is designed for recovery.
Program 1: massage (one 1 zone at a time).
Program 2: lymphatic drainage
Program 3: massage (one 2 zones at a time).
Program 4: recovery (full pressure in all zones at the same time)
Program 5: program B + C alternatively
Program 6: program A + C + D alternatively
Zone boost
Turn zones on and off and obtain the optimal treatment wherever you need it. For example, you can turn off places where you do not want to be treated. Conversely, places that are extra sore can receive additional treatment.
Adjustment of intensity
Find the intensity that is right for you, with 30-240 mmHg. Can be used for:
- Swelling (lymphoedema).
- Fluid accumulation (lymphatic drainage).
- Hard muscle massage.
Adjust time
Adjust the time of your treatment to between 1 and 90 minutes. We recommend a treatment time of between 30 and 60 minutes. Feel free to start with 30 minutes in our drainage program (program B).
